Response to an Alarm
AGS will attend your premises, assess the situation, and deal with any immediate issues. You can choose not to be disturbed unless there has been a serious incident which could affect the function of your business the following day.
Escorted Response
If you prefer, we will meet you or your keyholder outside the premises and accompany you during a premises check, ensuring your safety throughout.
Remote Monitored CCTV
When an intruder has been detected, the CCTV operator will request AGS to address the situation rather than disturb you.
Fire Alarm Response
After the fire brigade has attended your premises, AGS will assume responsibility and secure the building.
