All our security and phone systems are fully supported by comprehensive maintenance contracts, arranged to suit your needs.
In addition to attending faults and problems on site, we can also monitor and manage our systems via the internet, often fixing problems remotely.
We offer the first year’s maintenance absolutely free for every system that we install. Parts are covered by warranty, so you won’t pay a penny more than your agreed installation fee for the first year – guaranteed.
After the first year, we offer two options for maintenance:
- Our basic maintenance contract provides 24/7/365 callout cover plus up to two service visits a year. Prices are based on the size of your system and the time required to service it. (Note that some companies charge extra in case of faults – our price stays the same no matter what goes wrong.)
- Our comprehensive maintenance contract provides exactly the same benefits, but you are covered for both parts and labour. This gives you the reassurance of completely predictable costs.
As well as maintaining our own systems, we are also happy to take over the maintenance of systems installed by third parties. Please contact us for details.
